摘 要:作为完全线上教育机构,莫兰大学面向全美K-12教师开展教师继续教育。在课程设置上,莫兰大学根据调研结果设置了时长不等、内容不同的继续教育单元。在课程实施上,指导教师、授课教师与学员的互动贯穿始终,主要体现在准备、展开和延伸三个阶段。在课程评价上,莫兰大学的教师继续教育项目既包括学员学习效果的评价,又包括对课程设置、课程实施的评价。对我国的教师线上继续教育实施机构来说,科学开展数字时代的教师继续教育,可以充分借鉴莫兰大学教师继续教育项目的做法,在线上调研的基础上设置教师继续教育课程,在少教多学理念的指导下实施教师继续教育课程,根据柯氏评估模型完善教师继续课程评价系统。As a fully online education institution,Moreland University carries out continuing teacher education for k-12 teachers across the United States.In curriculum design,Moreland University has set up continuing education modules of varying length and content according to the survey results.In curriculum implementation,the interaction between instructors,lecturers,and students runs through the whole process,which is mainly reflected in the three stages of preparation,expansion,and extension.In curriculum evaluation,the continuing teacher education project of Moreland University includes not only the evaluation of students'learning effects but also the evaluation of curriculum setting and curriculum implementation.For the implementation institutions of online continuing education for teachers in China,scientific implementation of continuing education for teachers in the digital era can fully draw on the practice of the continuing education project of Moreland University.It is suggested to set up teacher continuing education courses based on online surveys,implement teacher continuing education courses under the guidance of the notion of less teaching and more learning,and improve the online evaluation system for teacher continuing courses based on the Kirkpatrick Model.
