摘　　要：三七属于药食同源,为我国512种中成药和344种国产保健食品的重要原料。目前,三七的资源化学成分研究利用以皂苷为主,而多糖往往作为副产物。研究显示,三七多糖具有抗肾纤维化、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗炎、免疫调节、保肝、降血糖、促进骨生长、改善造血等作用,另外,还可作为吸湿、保湿、载体和可溶解微针等材料。主要活性物质为均一多糖PNPSⅠ~Ⅱ、PNPSⅠ~Ⅳ、PNPS-0.3、MRP5、MRP5A、CPPN、PNPS、NPPN、APPNⅠ、APPNⅡ、APPNⅢ、NPPN等,有潜在开发价值。本研究主要通过查阅文献,梳理三七多糖资源化学成分和功能应用,以期为其深入研究利用提供参考。Panax notoginseng,commonly known as Sanqi,is both a medicinal and edible plant,and is an essential raw material for 512 kinds of traditional Chinese patent medicines and 344 types of domestic health foods in China.Currently,research on the chemical components of Sanqi primarily focuses on saponins,while polysaccharides are often considered as by-products.Studies have shown that Sanqi polysaccharides possess various bioactivities,including anti-renal fibrosis,anti-tumor,antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,hepatoprotective,hypoglycemic,bone growth promotion,and hematopoietic improvement effects.Additionally,they can be used as materials for moisture absorption,moisturizing,carriers,and soluble microneedles(MNs).The main active substances include homogeneous polysaccharides PNPSⅠ~Ⅱ,PNPSⅠ~Ⅳ,PNPS-0.3,MRP5,MRP5A,CPPN,PNPS,NPPN,APPNⅠ,APPNⅡ,APPNⅢ,NPPN,etc.,indicating potential for further development.This study primarily reviewed the literature to outline the chemical components and functional applications of Sanqi polysaccharides,aiming to provide a reference for further research and utilization.
