摘　　要：在应用型本科高校机械制造专业教育中校企合作教学模式可以弥补理论教育与实际工业需求之间的差距,丰富学生的实践经验,为机械制造行业培养更加适应市场的高技能人才。该文基于经济利益和社会责任视角,构建机械制造类专业企业参与的校企合作教育动力系统,采用案例分析和问卷调查的方法对32家不同规模和类型的企业进行调查。结果表明,企业参与校企合作的首要动机为对社会责任的价值认同和追求,提升其品牌形象和社会影响力,同时也能从中获得潜在的研发合作机会,内部动因为通过校企合作可以为企业未来的技术发展和创新布局培养合适的人才。并基于此对未来校企合作的发展方向提供建议,旨在推动校企合作、创新合作模式和策略,快速适应不断变化的工业环境,为理解并优化应用型本科高校与企业在机械制造专业教育中的合作提供思路。Applied undergraduate colleges and universities in mechanical manufacturing professional education in the school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode can make up for the gap between the combined theoretical education and the actual industrial demand,enrich the students'practical experience,and cultivate more market-adapted high-skilled talents for the mechanical manufacturing industry.This paper is based on the economic interests and social responsibility perspective,to build the mechanical manufacturing professional enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation under the education power system,using case study and questionnaire survey method on 32 different sizes and types of enterprises,the results show that the primary motivation for enterprises to participate in the cell cooperation for the value of social responsibility and the pursuit of the enhancement of its brand image and social influence,and at the same time,can also be obtained from the potential R&D cooperation opportunities,and internal motivation because through school-enterprise cooperation they can cultivate suitable talents for the future technological development and innovation layout of enterprises.Based on this,this study provides suggestions on the future development direction of school-enterprise cooperation,aiming to promote school-enterprise cooperation to innovate cooperation modes and strategies to quickly adapt to the fast-changing industrial environment,and the results of this paper can provide insights for understanding and optimizing the cooperation between applied undergraduate colleges and enterprises in the professional education of mechanical manufacturing.
