职业教育转向背景下“岗课赛证”融通育人的价值定位与实践要义

摘  要:在职业教育转向的背景下,审视“岗课赛证”融通育人内涵逻辑,既能推动职业教育体系向前发展,又是育人模式理论研究和实践探索的新诉求。“岗课赛证”融通育人是实现“产学研用”密切契合、发挥综合育人成效的核心路径,需要构建以“岗”促产的实践教学机制,以“课”促学的“三教”改革机制,以“赛”促研的学习激励机制,以“证”促用的人才评价机制,打造全过程育人新范式和全方位育人新生态。In the context of vocational education transformation,examining the logical connotations and outlining the transformation path of post-course-competition-certificate integrated education is not only essential for advancing the vocational education system but also meets the new demands of theoretical research and practical exploration in education models.Post-course-competition-certificate integrated education serves as the core path to achieve close alignment between“industry,college,research and application”and to maximize the effectiveness of comprehensive education.This necessitates the establishment of a practical teaching mechanism that promotes production through“posts”,a reform mechanism in the“three teachings”that promotes learning through“courses”,a learning incentive mechanism that fosters research through“competitions”,and a talent evaluation mechanism that stimulates application through“certificates”.By doing so,a new paradigm for the whole process of education and an all-encompassing ecosystem for education can be created.
