摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定34份安化黑茶中镉、铬、铅和砷元素的含量,同时采用单项污染指数法对安化黑茶中重金属元素的污染水平进行评价,并利用美国环境保护署(United States Environmental Protection Agency,USEPA)的多介质暴露评价模型对安化黑茶中重金属暴露风险进行评估。结果表明,安化黑茶单项污染指数的大小表现为铅>铬>镉>砷;镉、铬、铅和砷的暴露剂量均未超过USEPA手册中的参考剂量,铅的摄入风险相对较高,镉的摄入风险最小。经评估,通过黑茶摄入重金属对健康风险的影响不大,属于可接受水平。The contents of Cd,Cr,Pb and As in 34 Anhua black tea samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The single pollution index method was used to evaluate the level of heavy metal pollution in black tea,and multi-media exposure assessment model of the United States Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)was used to assess the risk of heavy metal intake through black tea.The results showed that the individual pollution index of Anhua black tea was Pb>Cr>Cd>As.Exposure doses of Pb,Cr,Cd,As did not exceed the reference doses in the USEPA manual,and the risk of Pb ingestion was relatively high and the risk of Cd ingestion was minimal.Heavy metal intake through dark tea has been assessed to have little effect on health risks and is at an acceptable level.
