摘 要:目的:建立气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测法(Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionization Detector,GC-FID)和气相色谱-质谱法(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)同时检测葛根粉中1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇的分析方法。方法:试样经乙腈提取,提取液过滤后,上机测定。结果:采用GC-FID法和GC-MS法测定时,目标物质分别在0~50.00μg·mL^(-1)以及0~10.00μg·mL^(-1)线性范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r均大于0.9999;1,2-丙二醇的检出限分别为5 mg·kg^(-1)、1 mg·kg^(-1),1,3-丙二醇的检出限分别为8 mg·kg^(-1)、1 mg·kg^(-1);两种方法对应目标物质的平均加标回收率均≥89.2%,相对标准偏差均<5%。结论:GC-FID法与GC-MS法的灵敏度均较高、回收率高、重现性好,且操作简单快捷,适合于葛根粉中1,2-丙二醇和1,3-丙二醇的测定,可适应不同检测机构的需要。Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous detection of 1,2-propanediol and 1,3-propanediol in Pueraria lobata powder by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector(GC-FID)and gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS).Method:The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,filtered by the extract,and then measured on the machine.Result:When GC-FID and GC-MS were used to determine the target substances,the target substances had a good linear relationship in the linear range of 0μg·mL^(-1) to 50.00μg·mL^(-1),0μg·mL^(-1) to 10.00μg·mL^(-1),respectively,and the correlation coefficients r were greater than 0.9999;the detection limits of 1,2-propanediol were 5 mg·kg^(-1)and 1 mg·kg^(-1),the detection limits of 1,3-propanediol were 8 mg·kg^(-1)and 1 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.The average recoveries of the target substances were greater than or equal to 89.2%,and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%.Conclusion:The GC-FID method and GC-MS method have high sensitivity,high recovery,good reproducibility,simple and fast operation,and are suitable for the determination of 1,2-propanediol and 1,3-propanediol in Pueraria lobata powder,which can meet the needs of different testing institutions.
