摘 要:目的:对农村饮用水菌落总数进行测量不确定度评定。方法:采集农村饮用水,采用平板计数法对水样菌落总数进行检测和计数,按照国家计量技术规范相关方法,分析菌落总数的不确定度来源,并评定菌落总数的测量不确定度。结果:重复测定和培养基配制引入的不确定度贡献较大,其次是样品吸取和稀释体积引入的不确定度;计算得出扩展不确定结果为0.0154,基于该不确定度值计算农村城郊和山区4种水源水(溪水、地下水、水库水和河水)的菌落总数,获得检测结果为170~380 CFU·mL^(-1),均低于500 CFU·mL^(-1),符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2022)要求。Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of the total number of bacterial colonies in rural drinking water sources.Method:Rural drinking water was collected,and the total number of colonies in water samples was detected and counted by plate counting method.According to the relevant methods of the national technical specification for measurement,the sources of uncertainty of the total number of colonies were analyzed,and the measurement uncertainty of the total number of colonies was evaluated.Result:The uncertainty introduced by repeat assay and medium preparation contributed the most,followed by the uncertainty introduced by sample uptake and dilution volume.The calculated extended uncertainty result was 0.0154.Based on this uncertainty value,the total number of colonies in four source waters(streams,groundwater,reservoir water and river water)in rural suburbs and mountain areas was calculated,the detected results were 170~380 CFU·mL^(-1),all of which are lower than 500 CFU·mL^(-1),meeting the requirements of GB 5749—2022.
