摘  要:文章旨在通过整理服药饮食禁忌相关的古今文献与研究成果,明确其研究内容,探寻饮食与疾病的关系、饮食与药物的关系,并就饮食禁忌中食物相克的观点,对常见的相克的食物进行了引证分析。同时梳理古今文献,针对已有研究成果,发现并总结问题,并提出可能性的持续探索方向,包括文献考证方向、“辨体-辨病-辨证”个性化饮食指导以及饮食科学普及等。以期能够为饮食禁忌研究提供更全面的理论支撑,为临床与生活提供合理的、科学的饮食指导。This article aims to clarify the research content of dietary taboos by collating relevant ancient and modern literature and research findings.It explores the relationship between diet and diseases,as well as the relationship between diet and medication.The article also provides citation analysis on the concept of food incompatibility within dietary taboos,focusing on commonly incompatible food combinations.By reviewing ancient and modern literature and summarizing existing research findings,the article identifies and discusses issues,and proposes possible directions for further exploration.These directions include literature verification,personalized dietary guidance based on individual body constitution,disease differentiation,and syndrome differentiation,as well as popularizing knowledge in dietary science.The goal is to provide comprehensive theoretical support for the study of dietary taboos and to offer rational and scientific dietary guidance for clinical practice and daily life.
