从中西医角度探讨癌症发生的根本原因及研究现状

摘　　要：基于国医大师周仲瑛的“癌毒”学说及程海波教授的“癌毒病机理论”等,笔者进一步发现“癌毒”与基因突变在各自生成、诱导恶性肿瘤发生,促进恶性肿瘤发展的特点,以及对疾病转归产生的影响等方面发挥的作用都极具相似性,因此笔者尝试提出:传统医学角度的“癌毒”与现代医学角度的基因突变很可能是同一类致病因素在不同探讨体系的区别呈现。文章将分别从传统医学和现代医学两个角度,对“癌毒”与基因突变在恶性肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥的作用进行阐述,并就目前针对这两种致癌因素开展的相关治疗作出部分总结,以期能为传统医学与现代医学治疗癌症体系的交流融合提供思路及依据。Based on the'carcinogenic toxin'theory initiated by the TCM master ZHOU Zhongying and the‘carcinogenic toxin pathogenesis theory'of professor CHENG Haibo,the authors finding have revealed striking similarities in the roles played by'carcinogenic toxins'and genetic mutations in their respective generation,induction of malignant tumor occurrence,promotion of malignant tumor development,and their impact on disease prognosis.Thus,the authors attempt to propose this notion:the‘carcinogenic toxin'from the perspective of traditional medicine and the gene mutation from the perspective of modern medicine may be the different presentation of the same kind of pathogenic factor in different research systems.In this paper,the role of'carcinogenic toxin'and gene mutation in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors will be elaborated from the perspectives of traditional medicine and modern medicine respectively,and the relevant treatment of these two carcinogenic factors will be partially summarized,so as to provide ideas and basis for the multi-angle treatment of malignant tumors.
