摘　　要：“独立守神”是《黄帝内经》上古真人“寿敝天地,无有终时”的核心理论和功法。“独立守神”是一种功法,更是一种境界。读懂《黄帝内经》,需炼“独立守神”。文章详细论述“独立守神”功法的步骤和要点。“提挈天地”是“独立守神”肢体有形的一套动作,百日筑基,炼精化气。“把握阴阳”是“提挈天地”动作的延伸,双手合十,阴阳和合。“呼吸精气”不是表面呼吸,自然辟谷,才能呼吸精气,炼气化神。“独立守神”是守光,看不到光就守一;要闭关守神,炼神还虚。“肌肉若一”,成金字塔,完成“四炼”,达到天窟常开、地户常闭状态;境界已到炼虚合道,若现若隐,若有若无,寿敝天地,无有终时,此其道生。‘Keep the noumenon of life solitary'is the core theory and method of exercise in Huangdi Neijing that the ancients lived longer than heaven and earth and had no end.‘Keep the noumenon of life solitary'is not a method of exercise,but also a kind of state.It is necessary to do‘keep the noumenon of life solitary'longevity to understand the Huangdi Neijing.This article elaborates on the steps and key points of the Changsheng technique of‘keep the noumenon of life solitary'.‘Raising heaven and earth'is a set of actions that can be seen in the body of‘keep the noumenon of life solitary',which builds the foundation and refining qi for 100 days.‘Grasp the Yin and Yang'is a‘afresh heaven and earth'action is outspread,hands folded,harmony between Yin and Yang.‘Breathing essence'is not surface breathing,natural grain,can breathe essence,refining and gassing spirit.‘Keep the noumenon of life solitary'is to keep the light,can not see the light to keep one;it must shut ourselves up and keep spirit,and try to restore spirit's deficiency.The muscles act as a whole,taking on the shape of a pyramid,complete the‘four'exercise,to day wat normally open,normally closed state.The state has been refined to the void and the Tao,if now if hidden,if there is no,long life,there is no end,this Tao is born.
