摘  要:英国高度重视文化教育并将创意素养培育置于文化教育的核心,其主要原因在于英国的文创产业发展需要大量文化创意人才,而文化创意人才的培养又有赖于高质量的文化教育。由此,英国力求在基础教育阶段为文化创意人才的培养打好基础,其文化教育以学校教育为主阵地,要求立足国家课程把文化教育融入课堂教学,主张在具身学习和跨学科学习中丰富文化体验和创意表达,聚焦评价的多元化和科学化来完善文化教育质量监测,凭借多方力量参与的师资培训和合作项目来保障文化教育高质量实施。借鉴与反思英国的经验,我国着眼于激发创新创造活力的文化教育应突破文化知识符号的简单接受,注重文化内容的个体建构和反思,使学生在深度文化体验和切身实践活动中促成文化的创意表达。同时,还需要不断探索长效的多方协作机制,完善科学的质量监测与评价,共同助力于学生文化创意素养发展。The UK attaches great importance to cultural education and puts the cultivation of cultural creativity at the core of cultural education.The main reason is that the development of the cultural and creative industry in the UK requires a large number of cultural creative talents,and the cultivation of cultural creative talents relies on high-quality cultural education.Therefore,the UK strives to lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of cultural creative talents in the basic education stage.Its cultural education mainly takes place in schools,aiming to integrate cultural education into classroom teaching based on the national curriculum.It advocates enriching cultural experiences and creative expressions in project-based and interdisciplinary learning,focusing on the diversification and scientific evaluation of assessments to improve the quality monitoring of cultural education.By involving various stakeholders in teacher training and cooperative projects,the UK ensures the high-quality implementation of cultural education.Drawing on the experience of the UK,China aims to break through the simple acceptance of cultural symbols in cultural education aimed at inspiring innovation and creativity.It emphasizes individual construction and reflection on cultural content,enabling students to achieve creative expression through deep cultural experiences and hands-on practical activities.At the same time,there is a need to continuously explore long-term multi-party cooperation mechanisms,improve scientific quality monitoring and evaluation,and jointly promote the development of students'cultural and creative literacy.
