摘　　要：为保障预制菜的健康与安全,做好食品质量安全检测工作具有重要意义。本文概述预制菜食品安全现状,分析预制菜食品检测方法,探讨预制菜食品质量安全管理对策。In order to ensure the health and safety of prepared dishes,it is of great significance to do a good job in food quality and safety inspection.This paper summarizes the present situation of prepared food safety,analyzes the detection method of prepared food,and probes into the quality and safety management countermeasures of prepared food.
