摘 要:质量链作为一个综合性的管理系统,强调了从原料采购到产品销售的每一个环节的质量控制与协调。在食品质量管理中,质量链的引入不仅提高了产品质量的可追溯性,还有助于实现全过程的监管与控制。本文分析了质量链角度下食品质量管理模式的重要性,以及当前食品质量管理面临的挑战,提出了质量链角度下食品质量管理模式的构建策略,旨在为食品企业提供一种以质量链为核心的质量管理模式,促进食品行业的健康发展,保障消费者的饮食安全,为监管部门提供决策参考,推动食品质量管理的创新与完善。As a comprehensive management system,quality chain emphasizes the quality control and coordination of every link from raw material purchase to product sales.In food quality management,the introduction of quality chain not only improves the traceability of product quality,it also helps to realize the supervision and control of the whole process.This study analyzes the importance of food quality management mode from the perspective of quality chain,and the challenges facing the current food quality management.The construction strategy of food quality management model from the perspective of constructing quality chain was proposed.It aims to provide a quality management model with quality chain as the core for food enterprises,to promote the healthy development of the food industry,ensure the food safety of consumers,and provides decision-making reference for government regulatory departments,promote the innovation and improvement of food quality management.
