摘  要:为提高学生的创新和实践能力,设计了一个聚集诱导发光(AIE)材料配方制备、光谱表征、AIE与微网雾化融合显现指印的综合性实验。该实验阐释了实验原理,探究了AIE分子的光学性能,微网雾化技术显现指印的高效性和AIE分子对指印可视化识别的有效性、客体普适性;采用基于“O-PETES”的翻转教学模式,发挥学生在实验课程中的主体作用,并进一步探索课程思政全过程融入和目标性、过程性考核相统一的综合实验评价体系。通过开展该实验教学活动,既可以培养学生设计、探究、解决问题的能力,提升学生的实战水平,又可以为刑事科学技术专业其他实验课程设计、建设提供方法借鉴。In order to enhance students’innovation and practical abilities,a comprehensive experiment integrating the preparation of aggregation-induced emission(AIE)materials,spectroscopic characterization,and the fusion of aggregation-induced emission and micro-network atomization for fingerprint visualization is designed.The experiment fully explains the experimental principle,explores the optical properties of AIE molecules,the high efficiency of micromesh atomization technology to develop fingerprints.The experiment shows effectiveness of AIE molecules for development of fingerprints,and the universality of objects.The experiment adopts the flipped classroom teaching model based on“O-PETES”,and allows students to play a central role in the experimental course,further condenses the teaching characteristics and actively explores the comprehensive experimental evaluation system that integrates the whole process of ideological and political ideological education in the curriculum.This experimental teaching not only cultivates students’abilities in design,inquiry,and problem-solving,but also enhances their practical skills,and provides a methodological reference for the design and construction of other experimental courses in the forensic science.
