摘 要:高校的公共测试服务平台只有服务于高校人才培养工作,才能在未来高校发展中持续提升。当前高校公共测试服务平台积极响应国家大仪器开放共享政策,但是过于侧重大仪器开放共享短期效益,忽视开放共享与人才培养之间相互依赖、相互促进的长远效应,在人才培养方面存在认识不到位、实践教学体系建设不足、人才培养能力持续提升受限、资质认定和资源优势被忽视等问题。本文构建的公共测试服务平台积极提高认知,做好顶层谋划;完善教育体系建设;加强人才培养队伍建设;培养质量意识,创新人才培养内涵。平台充分释放自身潜能,为学校人才培养作出较大贡献,助力“双一流”学科建设。Public testing service platforms in universities can continue to improve in the future development of universities by serving the talent cultivation work.The current public testing service platforms in universities are actively responding to the national policy of open sharing of large instruments,but they focus too much on the short-term benefits,ignoring the long-term effects of interdependence and mutual promotion between open sharing and talent cultivation.They rarely involve talent cultivation services in universities,resulting in inadequate understanding,insufficient construction of practical teaching systems,limited continuous improvement of talent cultivation,and neglect of resource advantages in qualification recognition.The platform proposed in this paper actively enhances awareness and makes overall planning,improves the construction of platform education system,strengthens the construction of talent cultivation,cultivates quality awareness and innovates the connotation of talent cultivation.These strategies fully release the potential talent cultivation,and make significant contributions to the talent cultivation of authors’university,and assist in the construction of“Double First Class”disciplines.
