高等教育分流机制下大学生就业率提升路径研究

摘　　要：高等教育分流作为现代教育系统的重要功能,影响着高校、社会和个人的发展方向。对人才培养进行分流,一方面能调节教育机制与供给侧的平衡,另一方面也能使大学生对未来就业有清晰的认识和定位。受地区、社会资源、实践环境和个人属性等因素影响,各高校大学生就业率不尽相同。基于对当前高等教育分流机制和大学生就业形势的分析,应充分发挥“四新”产业变革优势,通过外部和内部联动,从宏观、中观和微观层面进行调节,发挥政府、学校、社会的作用和个人的主观能动性,提供就业实践平台等就业服务,为提高大学生就业率提出解决思路和建议。As an important function of modern education system,higher education streaming affects the development direction of colleges and universities,society and individuals.On the one hand,it can adjust the balance between the education mechanism and the supply side,and on the other hand,it can also enable college students to have a clear understanding and positioning of their future employment.Affected by the factors such as regions,social resources,practical environments and personal attributes,the employment rates of students in various colleges and universities different.Based on the analysis of the current higher education streaming mechanism and the employment situation of college students,it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of the“four new”industrial reform,regulate from the macro,medium and micro levels through the external and internal linkage,give play to the roles of the government,colleges and society and individuals'subjective initiative,and provide employment practice platform and other employment services,so as to put forward solutions and suggestions for improving the employment rates of college students.
