摘　　要：加强高职院校大学生劳动价值观教育是新时代中国特色社会主义人才强国建设的必然要求,也是高职院校强化思想政治教育工作的重要课题,对于推动职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义。马克思关于劳动的重要思想、中华传统文化中的劳动思想和习近平关于劳动的重要论述,为高职院校大学生劳动价值观教育奠定了科学指导、提供了精神涵养、强化了动能培壅,以确保劳动价值观教育既不失理论高度和深度,又具有实践针对性和有效性。高职院校应以理论指导为前提,加快完善劳动价值观教育的课程体系、创设校园环境、拓展实践场域、构建评价体系,既让学生强化专业技能与职业素养,又培养学生热爱劳动、诚实劳动、创造性劳动的精神品质,促进学生全面发展,成为能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。Strengthening the labor values education of college students in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for the construction of socialist talents with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and it is also an important topic for vocational colleges to strengthen ideological and political education,which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.Marx's important thought on labor,the thought of labor in traditional Chinese culture,and Xi Jinping's important exposition on labor have laid scientific guidance,provided spiritual cultivation,and strengthened the cultivation of kinetic energy for the labor values education of college students in higher vocational colleges,so as to ensure that the labor values education not only loses the theoretical height and depth,but also has practical pertinence and effectiveness.On the premise of theoretical guidance,higher vocational colleges should accelerate the improvement of the curriculum system of labor values education,create a campus environment,expand the field of practice,and build an evaluation system,so as to strengthen students'professional skills and professional qualities,cultivate students'spiritual qualities of loving labor,honest labor,and creative labor,and promote their all-round development of students and become new people of the era who can take on the great task of national rejuvenation.
