大学教师角色的知识考古学缕析--兼论数字时代的型塑

摘　　要：大学教师角色相伴于大学诞生而来,随历史发展而逐渐形成为供人们探讨的主题。福柯的知识考古学是一种通过知识型与话语实践对主题进行断裂式历史研究的方法,能在历史的梳理中发现主题的当今样貌。基于知识考古学方法的探究,在不同知识型的规定下,西方大学教师角色在不同时期形成了截然不同的角色样态:古希腊时期的哲学家、中世纪时期的教士、近代时期的学者、现代时期的专家和后现代时期的学术资本家。及至当代社会,数字知识成为新的知识型,大学教师角色走向数字素养者。在数字知识秩序空间中,大学教师角色需“以立足自身为出发点、以面向他者为落脚点、以话语实践为着力点”,对自身进行型塑。The role of university teachers came with the birth of universities and has formed a theme for people to explore in the process of historical development.Foucault’s archaeology of knowledge is a method of fragmented historical research on themes through episteme and discourse practice,which can discover the current appearance of themes in the sorting of history.Based on the exploration of archaeology of knowledge methods,under the regulations of different episteme,the roles of Western university teachers have formed completely different patterns in different periods:philosophers in ancient Greece,clergy in the Middle Ages,scholars in modern times,experts in modern times,and academic capitalists in the postmodern era.In contemporary society,digital knowledge has become a new episteme,and the role of university teachers has shifted towards digital literacy.In the digital knowledge order space,the role of university teachers needs to be“based on themselves as the starting point,oriented towards others as the foothold,and focused on discourse practice”to mold themselves.
