摘　　要：地方师范院校可以为社会心理服务体系建设提供文化助力、技术保障和人才支持,有助于解决当前社会心理服务体系建设中文化认同不高、运行机制不完善、专业人才不足三大难题。以嵌入理论视角,从文化嵌入、技术嵌入和人才嵌入三方面论述了地方师范院校参与社会心理服务体系建设的路径,服务区域社会发展。Local normal universities can provide cultural assistance,technical support,and talent support for the construction of the social psychological service system,which helps to solve the three major problems of low cultural identity,imperfect operating mechanisms,and insufficient professional talents in the current construction of social psychological service system.The research studies the path of local normal universities participating in the construction of social psychological service system from the perspectives of embedding theory,including cultural embedding,technological embedding,and talent embedding,to serve regional social development.
