基于STEAM的《信号与线性系统》课程教学改革探索

摘  要:《信号与线性系统》是高校理工类的一门重要的核心专业课,其理论知识对于后续专业课程的学习有重要的作用。通过严谨、细致的学情调研,发现课程教学痛点主要为重理论、轻实践、学生学习效率偏低、与新工科建设所需的复合创新型人才培养目标脱节等。笔者以STEAM教育理论为指导,开展以工程问题为驱动的项目实践,设计巧妙的多学科融合交叉的教学情境,融合课程内容与学科前沿知识,培养学生解决实际问题的能力与创新意识。通过工程实践、平时成绩、期末成绩的全方位、多元化考核,提升学生的学业挑战度,激发学生的学习动力。经过改革后,学生学业成绩有明显的提高,在竞赛、科创方面的表现突出。〈Signals and Linear Systems〉is an important core professional course in science and engineering related majors in universities,and its theoretical knowledge plays an important role in the subsequent study of professional courses.Through rigorous and meticulous investigation of the learning situation,the author identified several pain points in the course,including an emphasis on theory over practice,low student learning efficiency,a lack of alignment with the training objectives of interdisciplinary innovative talent required by the new engineering paradigm,and limited emphasis on the educational function of the course.To address these challenges,the author embraced innovative teaching concepts based on STEAM education theory,carried out project practice driven by engineering problems,designed clever interdisciplinary teaching scenarios,integrated course content with cutting-edge knowledge,and cultivated students'ability to solve practical problems and innovative consciousness.Additionally,a comprehensive and diversified assessment approach,including engineering practices,continuous assessment,and final exams,was implemented to enhance students'academic challenges and stimulate their learning potential.After the reform,students'academic performance has significantly improved,with outstanding performance in competitions and science and technology innovation.
