组织支持理论下高职院校美育教师专业发展研究

摘　　要：在厘清组织支持理论的核心内容及高职院校美育教师专业发展内涵的基础上,深入分析当前高职院校美育教师专业发展面临的困境,结合教育部相关政策文件的要求,从加强情感支持、提升物质支持水平、强化职业发展支持、完善评价体系等四个方面,对高职院校美育教师专业发展提出了切实可行的组织支持措施。Based on clarifying the core content of organizational support theory and the connotation of professional development of aesthetic education teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper deeply analyzes the current difficulties faced by the professional development of aesthetic education teachers in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the requirements of relevant policy documents from the Ministry of Education,it proposes feasible organizational support measures for the professional development of aesthetic education teachers in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:strengthening emotional support,enhancing the level of material support,strengthening career development support,and improving the evaluation system.
