摘 要:作为城市基础设施之一,输电线路是城市治理中的关键环节。针对输电线路建设,综合考虑道路距离、变压器负载、故障率、施工成本等约束条件,设计了一种非欧氏度量空间下的优化线路设计方法。结合自适应邻近变压器点位搜索算法和基于近邻关系的点—线拓扑整合方法,实现了结合复杂时空要素的优化选线设计。以广州市海珠区、白云区为例,综合利用道路网络、变压器点位、维修驻点位置等多源数据,为区域内某一新建楼栋选择最佳供电变压器,并规划了输电线路,完整验证了该算法流程的可行性,为电力线路规划与建设提供了行之有效的决策支持工具。As one of the urban fundamental infrastructures,power transmission lines are essential in urban governance.For constructing power transmission lines,we proposed a multi-objective optimization line design method in a non-Euclidean metric space with concerning multiple constraints such as road distance,transformer load,failure rate and construction cost.Combining with the adaptive point searching algorithm of alternative transformer and point-line topology integration method based on nearest neighbor relation,we realized the optimal route selection design under the complex spatio-temporal constraints.Taking a case study in Haizhu District and Baiyun District of Guangzhou City,we used the road network data,transformer locations and maintenance station locations to optimize both the transformer and power transmission line of a specific building in the study area,which could verify the feasibility of method proposed in this paper,and provide an effective decision support tool for planning and constructing power transmission line.
