摘　　要：从“用纸”角度考察我国古纸的身份、使用特点和形成原因,为传统材料的当代转化以及纸制品创新设计与应用提供历史性视角。结合造纸断代史,对纸与用纸相关史料进行系统梳理与归类,探讨古纸的身份与特点,立足纸的材料属性剖析成因。发现古纸在发展历程中主要以替代品的形式出现,并呈现出开放包容的使用特征,将成因聚焦于纸的属性,认为纸的自然属性和社会属性造就了古纸的替代品身份与开放包容的应用特点,通过上述研究勾勒出我国古代的传统纸文化。This study examines the identity,usage characteristics,and causes of ancient paper in China from the perspective of"paper usage,"providing a historical viewpoint for the contemporary transformation of traditional materials and the innovative design and application of paper products.By systematically reviewing and categorizing historical records related to papermaking and paper usage,the study explores the identity and characteristics of ancient paper and analyzes the causes based on the material properties of paper.It finds that ancient paper primarily emerged as a substitute in its developmental history,displaying open and inclusive usage characteristics.The causes are attributed to the natural and social properties of paper,which shaped the substitute identity and open,inclusive application features of ancient paper.This research outlines the traditional paper culture of ancient China.
