摘 要:党的十八大以来以“课程思政”为目标的课程教学改革在全国各地高等院校大力推进,基于广东金融学院法学院刑事诉讼法课程思政建设的探索可见,专业课的课程思政建设应当从教学目标、课程内容和课堂教学三个层面共同推进。教学目标上结合课程自身特色,凝练出其在情感培育,态度选择、价值观引领等方面的具体要求,为教师提供明确的教学指引。教学内容上,结合专业内容挖掘思政育人元素,形成专业内容和思政育人元素融合贯通的课程内容体系。课堂教学上采用专题化教学模式,通过课前,课中和课后三个阶段的教学设计针对性提升专业课程育人质量。专业课探索课程思政建设的成功案例可以为法学专业课程思政建设提供重要参考,形成可复制可推广的有效路径,并逐步构建起法学专业思政建设的全流程、闭环式的过程管理体系。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the course teaching reform with the goal of“curriculum ideology and politics”has been vigorously promoted in colleges and universities all over the country.Based on the exploration of ideological and political construction of the criminal procedure law course in the Law School of Guangdong University of Finance,it can be seen that the ideological and political construction of the specialized courses should be promoted from three aspects:teaching objectives,course contents and classroom teaching.In terms of teaching objectives,combined with the characteristics of the course itself,the specific requirements of emotion cultivation,attitude choice and values guidance are condensed to provide teachers with clear teaching guidelines.In teaching contents,the ideological and political education elements are explored in combination with specialized contents,and a course content system is formed with the integration of specialized contents and ideological and political education elements.Classroom teaching adopts a thematic teaching pattern,through the three stages of teaching design of pre-class,in-class and after-class to enhance the quality of specialized courses in a targeted approach.The successful cases of ideological and political construction of specialized courses can provide important reference for the ideological and political construction of legal courses,form an effective path that can be replicated and popularized,and gradually build a whole-process,closed-loop process management system for the ideological and political construction of law majors.
