摘　　要：产业学院建设是高职院校深化现代职业教育体系建设改革,推进人才培养供给侧与产业需求侧紧密对接,推动校企合作、产教深度融合的创新实践。近年来,国家日渐重视产业学院建设,在国家政策指引下,遵循源于产业、协同育人、服务产业的基本逻辑,越来越多的高职院校探索开展产业学院建设。为推动高职院校高质量发展,应从依托专业群打造特色产业学院、推进产业学院实体化运行、整合各方优质资源凝聚育人合力等方面引导和推进产业学院建设。The construction of industrial college is an innovative practice for higher vocational colleges to deepen the reform of modern vocational education system construction,promote the close connection between the supply side of talent cultivation and the dermand side of industry,and promote the college-enterprise cooperation and the deep integration between industry and education.In recent years,the country is increasingly attaching importance to the construction of industrial colleges.Under the guidance of national policies,following the basic logic of industry,collaborative education,and service industry,more and more higher vocational colleges are exploring the construction of industrial colleges.In order to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges,we should guide and promote the construction of industrial colleges from various aspects,such as building characteristic industrial colleges based on professional clusters,promoting the physical operation of industrial colleges,integrating high-quality resources from all parties.
