摘  要:高等职业院校培养本科层次人才是经济社会发展和建立高质量职业教育体系的需要,也是高等职业院校自身发展的机遇。广东省的高等职业院校本科层次人才培养模式有“分段模式”和“直读模式”。在梳理这些主要模式的基础上,探讨如何构建和优化高职院校本科层次人才培养的模式。其重点是适应本科层次人才培养的课程体系和教学方法改革,改革创新适合高职院校本科层次人才培养的教学方法,以及整合和优化职业教育资源等。The cultivation of undergraduate level talents in higher vocational colleges is needed for economic and social development and the establishment of a high-quality vocational education system,as well as an opportunity for the development of higher vocational colleges themselves.In Guangdong Province,there are two major modes of cultivating talents at undergraduate level in higher vocational colleges,which are named"segmented mode"and"direct mode",On the basis of sorting out these main modes,we discuss how to build and optimize the mode of cultivating talents at the undergraduate level in higher vocational colleges and universities.The focus is on the reform of the curriculum system and teaching methods to adapt to the cultivation of talents at the undergraduate level,the reform and innovation of teaching methods suitable for the cultivation of talents at the undergraduate level in higher vocational colleges and universities,as well as the integration and optimization of vocational education resources.
