摘 要:非机动车道中混合行驶的自行车和电动车很容易发生交通冲突,进而导致交通事故,本文从交通安全的角度,研究非机动车道划分方法。首先,依据规范标准,确定自行车道划分模型。然后,建立车辆宽度与非机动车道宽度的关系以及车辆宽度与路段通行能力的关系模型,确定电动车道划分模型。之后,选取北京市昌平区老城某路段,依据建立的自行车和电动车车道划分模型,分别确定自行车和电动车车道宽度和车道数,使2种骑行者各行其道。最后将设计方案进行VISSIM仿真,得到非机动车道优化前后的路网评估结果,检验方案的可行性。结果表明,优化设计方案能有效降低非机动车运行延误、停车次数等,提升非机动车道运行效率。Traffic conflicts are easy to happen when cyclists and electric vehicle riders share a non-motorized lane and furtherly cause traffic accidents.The non-motorized lane division method was studied in this paper from the perspective of traffic safety.Firstly,the bicycle lane division model was determined according to the specification standard.Then,the electric bicycle lane division model was developed through establishing the relationship between vehicle width and non-motorized lane width,and the relationship between vehicle width and road capacity.After that,a road section in the old town of Changping District of Beijing was selected as the case study.According to the proposed bicycle and electric bicycle lane division model,the lane width and lane number of bicycle and electric bicycle were determined respectively,so that the two types of travelers could ride on their separate lanes.Finally,the developed method was verified by comparing the road network evaluation results before and after the optimization of the non-motorized vehicle lane,using the VISSIM simulation.The results show that the optimized lane division scheme can effectively reduce the non-motorized vehicles’operation delay and stop times,and furtherly improve the operation efficiency of non-motorized lanes.
