摘  要:针对在时延及干扰环境下,多电机转速同步控制精度低的问题,提出了一种基于均值偏差耦合结构的多电机同步预测控制方法。首先,在偏差耦合结构的基础上引入速度误差及其均值,设计了均值偏差耦合同步控制结构,提高了多电机同步控制系统的控制精度;其次,将均值偏差耦合结构与广义预测控制算法相结合,设计均值偏差耦合多电机同步预测控制器,实现时延环境下多电机的转速同步控制;最后,仿真结果表明:该同步控制策略在时延及干扰环境下显著提高了多电机系统的转速同步控制精度,且具有转速同步误差收敛速度快、鲁棒性强等优点。Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of multi-motor speed synchronous control under time delay and interference environment,a multi-motor synchronous predictive control method based on mean value deviation coupling structure was pro-posed.Firstly,the mean value deviation coupling synchronous control structure was designed by introducing the speed error and its mean value on the basis of the deviation coupling structure,which improved the control accuracy of the multi-motor synchronous control system;Secondly,the mean value deviation coupling structure was combined with the generalized predictive control algo-rithm to design the mean value deviation coupling multi-motor synchronous predictive controller,which achieved the synchronous control of the multi-motorsrotational speed under the time-delay environment.Finally,the simulation results show that the syn-chronous control strategy significantly improves the speed synchronous control accuracy of the multi-motor system under time-delay and interference environments,and it has the advantages of fast convergence speed of speed synchronous error and strong robustness.
