以沃尔玛为例的“农超对接”生鲜农产品供应链运作模式探析

摘　　要：“农超对接”作为一种创新的农产品流通模式,能够保障商超市场引入优质的本地菜,促使农户合作社构建起稳固的销路,从而达成多方共赢的良好局面。在“农超对接”的背景下,文章阐述了沃尔玛生鲜农产品供应链运作模式,并对沃尔玛生鲜农产品供应链运作中存在的诸如农户和超市的合作不够稳定,生鲜农产品的质量和标准化程度有待提高,冷链物流技术有待改进,信息共享机制有待完善等问题进行了具体分析。文章认为,在沃尔玛农超对接过程中,应进一步协调农户和超市之间的利益关系;完善农产品供应服务团体标准体系;持续改进冷链物流技术;完善信息共享机制,以促进农产品供应链上下贯通、协同高效,更好保障市场供应。As a new product circulation model,farming-supermarket docking can ensure the supply of high-quality local vegetables and stable sales channels for farmers'cooperatives,thereby achieving win-win for all parties.Against this backdrop,the article expounds the operation mode of Walmart's fresh produce supply chain,and analyzes the issues such as unstable cooperation between farmers and supermarkets,low quality and standardization of fresh produce,imperfect cold chain logistics and information sharing mechanism.To address these issues,suggestions are put forward in terms of balancing the interests between farmers and supermarkets;Improving the standard for agricultural produce;Continuously perfecting cold chain logistics and information sharing mechanism to make the supply chain coherent,synergistic and eficient,and thus better ensure market supply.
