摘  要:在工业生产中,温度控制是确保产品质量和生产效率的重要环节。传统PID控制方法应用广泛,但在实现高精度控制方面存在局限。提出了一种基于常规PID控制并引入模糊控制的新方法。通过实时调节PID的3个关键参数,提高温度控制的精准度。利用Simulink工具构建仿真模型,并进行仿真分析。对比传统PID与模糊PID的控制效果,结果显示,模糊PID控制策略在控制精度和稳定性方面均优于传统PID方法。详细阐述了模糊PID在PLC中的实现过程,以期为工业领域的应用提供有价值的参考。In industrial production,temperature control is an important part to ensure product quality and production efficiency.The traditional PID control method is widely used,but there are limitations in achieving high-precision control.A new method based on conventional PID control and incorporating fuzzy control has been proposed.By adjusting the three key parameters of PID in real-time,the accuracy of temperature control can be improved.The simulation model is built and simulation analysis is conducted by using Simulink tools.Comparing the control effects of traditional PID and fuzzy PID,the results show that the fuzzy PID control strategy is superior to the traditional PID method in terms of control accuracy and stability.The implementation process of fuzzy PID in PLC is elaborated in detail,in order to provide valuable references for industrial applications.
