摘  要:目的:本项目以医学分子生物学“肿瘤”教学为例,通过进阶式挖掘思政元素与应用融合教学方法,构建并实施了“实验-创新式”和“随诊-病例式”的课程思政教学体系。旨在通过全方位、全员参与,激发学生创新潜能,提升临床应用能力,实现知识传授、能力培养和立德树人的统一,为培养具有岗位胜任力的科研、医护工作者奠定基础。方法:选取佳木斯大学2020级210名五年制临床医学专业学生为研究对象。对于试验组学生,医学分子生物学“肿瘤”课程教学中采用“实验-创新式”和“随诊-病例式”的教学模式,对于对照组学生,采用传统的教学模式教学。通过比较两组学生医学分子生物学“肿瘤”课程期末考试成绩、PPT汇报表现评价授课效果。结果:与对照组相比,试验组的期末理论考试成绩总分(86.75±4.67)分高于对照组(80.08±4.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组包含5个方面的学习汇报评分(80.84±4.39)分也高于对照组(76.52±3.47)分,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:“实验-创新式”和“随诊-病例式”课程知识和课程思政教学体系可以提高临床医学专业学生对医学分子生物学“肿瘤”课程相关知识的理解,提高学生自主学习能力,促进其全方面发展。Objective:Taking the teaching of medical molecular biology“tumor”as an example,this project constructs and implements the“experiment-innovation”and“follow-up-case”ideological and political teaching system through the advanced mining of ideological and political elements and the application of integrated teaching methods.Through all-round and full participation,it aims to stimulate students innovative ppotential,improve their clinical application ability,realize the unity of knowledge transfer,ability training and moral education,and lay a foundation for training scientific research and medical workers with post competency.Methods:210 five-year clinical medical students of 2020 grade in Jiamusi University were selected as the research objects.For the students in the experimental group,the teaching modes of“experiment-innovation”and“follow-up-case”were adopted in the teaching of“tumor”course of medical molecular biology.For the students in the control group,the traditional teaching mode was adopted.The teaching effect was evaluated by comparing the final examination results and PPT report performance of the two groups of students in the medical molecular biology“tumor”course.Results:Compared with the control group,the total score of the final theoretical examination in the experimental group(86.75±4.67)points was higher than that in the control group(80.08±4.17)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning report score of the experimental group containing five aspects was also higher than that of the control group(80.84±4.39)points vs.(76.52±3.47)points(P<0.001),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The“experimental-innovative”and“follow-up-case”curriculum knowledge and curriculum ideological and political teaching system can improve the understanding of clinical medical students on the relevant knowledge of medical molecular biology“tumor”course,improve students autonomous learning ability,and pr
