摘　　要：对艺术媒介的研究不能只停留在单一的维度,而应该从三种维度同时进行。本质论维度的研究认为,艺术媒介是对特定的物质材料进行一定的赋形后所形成的符号体系,这构成了我们对艺术媒介的基本认识;创作论维度的研究揭示了艺术媒介在贯通内在构思与外在表现整个过程中不可或缺的积极作用,指出媒介不仅会影响艺术家的审美感知,而且会影响其艺术创作的方式;鉴赏论维度的研究肯定了艺术媒介自身的价值,认为媒介和形式自身的品质就足以引起观者的审美愉悦。围绕艺术媒介所展开的三重维度的研究不仅有助于揭示艺术媒介的本质、特征和功能,而且对艺术媒介理论的建构颇具奠基意义。The study of artistic media cannot be limited to a single dimension,but should be conducted from three dimensions simultaneously.The essentialist dimension of research believes that artistic media is a symbolic system formed by shaping certain material substances to a certain extent,which constitutes our basic understanding of artistic media.The creative dimension of research reveals the active and indispensable role of artistic media in the entire process of internal conception and external expression,indicating that media not only affect artists’aesthetic perception but also affect their artistic ways of creation.The appreciative dimension of research affirms the intrinsic value of artistic media,believing that the quality of the medium and form itself is enough to arouse the aesthetic pleasure of the viewers.The three-dimensional researches on artistic media not only help to reveal the essence,characteristics,and functions of artistic media,but also have significant foundational significance for the construction of artistic media theory.
