组织学习对中国制造企业海外投资绩效影响研究——基于外来者劣势视角

摘　　要：制造企业是中国海外投资中最为活跃的主体,但其投资绩效却相对较低,因此研究我国制造企业海外投资绩效的提升途径意义重大。通过实证模型分析,探讨组织学习对我国制造企业海外投资绩效的影响,并检验外来者劣势的调节作用,结果表明:1)组织学习方式中,利用式学习比探索式学习对中国制造业海外投资绩效影响更积极;2)制度距离导致的外来者劣势对海外投资绩效有显著负面影响;3)面对来自文化距离的外来者劣势应选择探索式学习,面对来自制度距离的外来者劣势应选择利用式学习。Manufacturing enterprises are the most active subjects in China's overseas investment,but their investment performance is relatively low,Therefore,it is of great significance to study the ways to improve the overseas investment performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.Through empirical model analysis,the influence of organizational learning on the overseas investment performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises is discussed,and the moderating effect of the liability of foreignness is examined.The results show that:1)Among organizational learning styles,exploitative learning has a more positive impact on the performance of Chinese manufacturing overseas investment than exploratory learning;2)The liability of foreignness due to institutional distance has a significant negative impact on overseas investment performance;3)Exploratory learning should be chosen when facing the liability of foreignness from cultural distance,and exploitative learning should be chosen when facing the liability of foreignness from institutional distance.
