摘 要:当下网络信息化高度发达,要有效把育人工作落到实处,教育者要把握好网络的正向引导,抓住网络思想政治教育的针对性、实效性。本研究采用代际视角为基点,透析网络思政教育对“Z世代”学前教育师范生创新素质培养中存在的问题:传统教育观念更新延时,缺乏时代特征引导;教育传播媒介单一,内容平庸浅显,缺乏创新活力;网络圈群化禁锢,教育主体易失位。基于此提出一些优化策略:一要夯实主流思想观念沉浸式生根,内涵“Z世代”大学生时代诉求;二要精准运用代际特色教育方法,科学满足大学生成长需求;三要建构多维立体化传播内容,提升思想引领的创新活力;四要打造网络圈群联动体系,把握意识形态领导权。Facing the current situation of highly developed network information,to effectively implement the education work,educators should grasp the positive guidance of the network,and grasp the pertinence and effectiveness of the network ideological and political education.Based on the generational perspective,this study analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative quality of"Generation Z"preschool education normal students through network ideological and political education:the delay in updating traditional educational concepts and the lack of guidance of the characteristics of The Times;Educational communication media is single,the content is mediocre and shallow,lack of innovation vitality;Network circle group imprisonment,the subject of education is easy to lose position.Based on this,some optimization strategies are proposed:First,we should consolidate the immersive roots of mainstream ideas and concepts,and contain the demands of"Generation Z"college students;The second is to accurately use the intergenerational characteristic education method to scientifically meet the growth needs of college students;Third,construct multi-dimensional communication content to enhance the innovative vitality of thought leading;Fourth,we must build a network group linkage system and grasp the ideological leadership.
