摘　　要：针对工科高校校外实践教学基地的建设问题,给出了具体可行的实施方案。从师资队伍、教学平台、教学模式、合作联盟四个方面构建了基地建设总体方案;从专业技能、工程技能、管理技能、沟通技能、职业技能五个方面制订了基地建设目标与规划;从组织机构、管理措施、运行模式、基地条件、实施要求五个方面提出了基地建设管理体系与实践条件;从聘用原则、分类配备、交流沟通、组织保障、制度建设、共享机制六个方面界定了基地建设教师队伍及保障条件。本方案可为工科高校校外实践教学基地的建设提供有益的参考。A specific and feasible implementation scheme is proposed for the construction of off-campus practical teaching bases in technological universities.The overall scheme for the base construction is built from four aspects:teachers,teaching platform,teaching mode,and cooperative alliance.The goals and plans for base construction are established from five aspects:professional skills,engineering skills,management skills,communication skills,and vocational skills.The management system and practical conditions for base construction are proposed from five aspects:organizational structure,management measures,operation mode,base conditions,and implementation requirements.The teacher team and guarantee conditions for the base construction are defined from six aspects:employment principles,classification and allocation,communication and exchange,organizational guarantee,system construction,and sharing mechanism.This scheme provides beneficial reference value for the construction of off-campus practical teaching bases in technological universities.
