摘　　要：在“双一流”建设的大背景下,实验室建设成为高校学科建设工作的重要环节。高校实验室文化建设则是响应国家“三全育人”号召、落实高校“立德树人”根本任务、践行学科“人才强国”战略任务的重要手段。新时代高校工科实验室文化建设应深刻理解和把握中国式现代化发展要求,服务“双碳”国家重大战略,兼具新工科、“工匠精神”、创新创业等时代特色,共同构筑新时代实验室文化,实现高等教育高质量发展和培养新工科创新型人才。Laboratory development serves as an essential task in university discipline construction under the double first-class university initiatives.Cultural development is of high priority as it is closely related to the popularization of "three-wide education","morality education" and "talent-supported country".Laboratory cultural development of engineering disciplines should be in accordance with the Chinese modernization trend and the “double carbon” policy,while preserving merits on engineering,craftsmanship and innovation.Such cultural development should be valuable for the cultivation of high-quality talents in both academia and industries.
