摘　　要：分析了电机学课程的教学现状、教学内容和存在的问题。根据新工科新型复合型人才的培养要求,优化电机学课程的教学内容和教学方法,构建了课堂理论教学、虚拟仿真和实验教学有机融合的三级混合式教学模式,为实现新工科背景下的复合型人才培养奠定了基础。The teaching status,teaching content and existing problems are analyzed for the electrical machinery course.According to the training requirements of the new engineering talents,the teaching content and teaching methods of the electrical machinery course are optimized,and a three-level blended teaching mode is constructed based on the organic integration of classroom theory teaching,virtual simulation and experimental teaching,which lays a foundation for the realization of the training requirements of compound talents under the background of new engineering.
