摘  要:为提高电源线端子装配的质量和效率,设计了一种多芯线分线铆压装配系统。该系统包括核心控制器PLC、触摸屏,配合视觉系统,可同时对视觉采集信号进行分析处理,从而实现对电源线端子的装配。该系统通过视觉检测调整机构对线色进行判断,完成线色调整后经过分线机构、剥线机构将电源线送至铆压机构进行端子装配。该系统具有速度快、性能稳定等特点,经过生产测试运行,取得了良好的效果,具有较高的实用价值。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of power cord terminal assembly,a multi-core wire distribution riveting assembly system was designed.The assembly system cooperates with the core controller PLC,touch screen and vision system,and analyzes and processes the visual acquisition signal at the same time,so as to realize the assembly of the power cord terminal,judge the line color through the vision system,and send the power line to the riveting mechanism for terminal assembly through the distribution mechanism and the stripping mechanism after completing the line color adjustment.The multi-core split riveting assembly system has the characteristics of fast speed and stable performance.After production test and operation,good results have been obtained,and it has high practical value.
