数字化转型背景下高职机械类专业课程改革与实践——以“专业综合实训”课程为例

摘  要:随着数字化转型的深入推进,制造业正面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。高职机械类专业作为培养制造业人才的重要基地,其课程数字化转型显得尤为重要。以“专业综合实训”课程为例,基于“德技双修”数字化高素质人才培养目标,针对传统教学中教学内容覆盖面不全、学生成绩评定主观性太强、教学方法固化、纸质教材依赖重、教师实践能力落后、职业素养培养不全面等问题,通过优化课程内容、细化客观考核评价标准、开发利用数字资源、注重教学设计、提升教师数字化实践能力等策略进行课程改革实践。课程改革有针对性地解决了传统教学中的显著问题,提升了学生数字化设计与制造能力。With the deepening of digital transformation,the manufacturing industry faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Vocational education,particularly in mechanical engineering,plays a critical role in preparing the workforce to meet these demands.This paper examines the reform of the"Professional Comprehensive Training"course,aimed at cultivating high-quality digital talent through a dual focus on ethics and technical skills.The reform addresses key issues in traditional teaching,such as limited coverage of course content,subjective performance evaluation,inflexible teaching methods,reliance on paper-based materials,outdated practical skills among instructors,and insufficient emphasis on professional ethics.The reform efforts include optimizing course content,refining objective assessment methods,leveraging digital resources,enhancing instructional design,and improving the digital skills of instructors.These changes have significantly addressed the challenges of traditional teaching and have enhanced students'abilities in digital design and manufacturing.
