摘　　要：医疗机器人何以体现“医者仁心”是医学人工智能发展的重要课题。“医者仁心”的理念由中华民族悠久历史积淀而来,体现医者敬畏生命的道德情感。在中国伦理思想史上,以“仁术”实现“仁心”发生了从政治领域向医疗领域聚焦的演变,凸显了医疗关乎生命的特殊性和重要性。作为“仁术”的医疗机器人在人机协同和人机交互中承担“医者”的角色和使命,使“医者仁心”具有了智能化的新形态。在“体用论”范式下,医疗机器人体现“医者仁心”需要在其伦理预设中以“仁”为体,以“情”为用。提升情感识别和情感表达能力是医疗机器人发展的重要方向。“医者仁心”内蕴的情感理性价值理念,可以避免人们对工具理性的过度追求、对技术的滥用和对人类医者特质的遗忘。How medical robots can embody“physicians’benevolence”is an important issue in the development of medical artificial intelligence(AI).The concept of“physicians’benevolence”is derived from the long history of the Chinese nation,reflecting the moral sentiment of physicians respecting life.In the history of Chinese ethical thought,the realization of“benevolence”through“benevolent techniques”has undergone an evolution from the political field to the medical field,highlighting the special and important nature of medical care in relation to life.As a“benevolent techniques”medical robot,it plays the role and mission of a“physician”in human-machine collaboration and interaction,giving“physicians’benevolence”a new form of intelligence.Under the paradigm of the“theory of essence and function”,medical robots need to embody“physicians’benevolence”in their ethical assumptions,with“benevolence”as the essence and“emotion”as the function.Improving the ability to recognize and express emotions is an important direction for the development of medical robot.The emotional and rational value concept inherent in“physicians’benevolence”can avoid people’s excessive pursuit of instrumental rationality,abuse of technology,and forgetting the characteristics of human physicians.
