摘 要:法学本科课程教学发生机制包括学和教两个方面,学是基础、教起促进作用。这个关系决定了相关研究展开的逻辑。同步思维是对学习发生机制的描述,代表新知识与原有知识、人生体验和情感价值观的比较和融合过程。同步思维包含连续性分析推理、灵光闪现和表达三种类型,可以从是否有新思考、新问题、新观察、是否愉悦、是否形成学习网络五个方面来检验。对照同步思维内涵,大学生课程学习发生机制具有七个方面特点。法学本科课程知识具有的规则性、抽象性和传统性,决定了法学本科学生知识吸收、能力训练和素质培养发生机制的特点。教学同步思维是课程教学的实质,其内涵和分类理论能够说明教师促进学生学习发生机制。法学本科课程教师应该运用基础性、非交互式、交互式三种机制,促进学生教学同步思维。The teaching occurrence mechanism of undergraduate law courses includes two aspects:learning and teaching,learning is the foundation,and teaching plays a promoting role.This relationship determines the logic of the development of related research.Synchronous thinking is a description of the occurrence mechanism of learning,representing the process of comparison and integration of new knowledge with original knowledge,life experience and emotional values.Synchronous thinking includes three types:continuous analytical reasoning,flash of inspiration and expression,which can be tested from five aspects:whether there is new thinking,new questions,new observations,whether it is pleasant,and whether it forms a learning network.According to the connotation of synchronous thinking,the occurrence mechanism of college students'course learning has seven characteristics.The regularity,abstraction and tradition of the knowledge of undergraduate law courses determine the characteristics of the occurrence mechanism of knowledge absorption,ability training and quality cultivation of undergraduate law students.Teaching synchronous thinking is the essence of curriculum teaching,and its connotation and classification theory can explain the occurrence mechanism of teachers promoting students'learning.Teachers of undergraduate law courses should use three mechanisms:basic,non-interactive,and interactive,to promote students'synchronous thinking in teaching.
