摘　　要：苹果渣富含多种营养成分,作为一种非常规饲料原料饲喂动物,不仅可以节约养殖成本,还可以提高生产效益。目前,苹果渣饲料的使用方式主要有两种,即使用干果渣直接饲喂或经发酵后再进行饲喂动物,文章主要针对苹果渣饲料的在畜牧生产中的添加比例及使用效果进行综述,以期为苹果渣的实际应用提供指导。Apple pomace contains numorous nutrients,it can be used as an unconventional feed material in livestock and poultry production,which can not only save the breeding costs,but also increase the pro⁃duction efficiency.At the present,feeding animals with directly dried apple pomace or fermented apple pomace feed are the two main forms of application in the feed industry.This article reviews the compre⁃hensive application of apple pomace feed in livestock and poultry production based on its utilization methods and application effects,and aims to provide a reference for the application of apple pomace feed in animal diets.
