摘  要:目的研究口腔修复教学中实施案例为基础的案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合翻转课堂教学的价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年3月湖北科技学院附属浠水医院口腔科口腔修复的54名实习生为研究对象,以随机掷骰子法分为两组,每组27名。观察组实行CBL结合翻转课堂教学,对照组采用一般教学法,对比两组的带教效果。结果观察组总体带教满意度为96.30%(26/27),高于对照组的85.19%(23/27),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.984,P>0.05)。观察组的考核成绩和综合素质均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论CBL结合翻转课堂教学可提升带教满意度、实习生的考核成绩和综合素质。Objective To study the value of case-based learning(CBL)combined with flipped classroom teaching in oral prosthodontics teaching.Methods Fifty four interns in stomatology Department of Xishui Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with twenty seven cases in each group by random dice method.The observation group adopted CBL combined with flipped classroom teaching,and the control group adopted general teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The overall teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.30%(26/27),higher than 85.19%(23/27)of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.984,P>0.05).The test scores and comprehensive quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with flipped classroom teaching can improve teaching satisfaction,evaluation results and comprehensive quality of interns.
