摘 要:目的观察问题教学法(Problem-based Learning,PBL)联合讲授教学法(Language-based Learning,LBL)教学在儿科实习医生教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8月—2024年3月在湖北科技学院附属浠水医院儿科实习的80名医生为研究对象。根据不同教学模式分为两组,将2022年8月—2023年5月实习的40名医生作为对照组,将2023年6月—2024年3月实习的40名医生作为观察组。对照组实施LBL教学,观察组在LBL教学基础上实施PBL教学。比较两组教学效果评分、考试成绩、教学方法满意度。结果观察组的学习主动性、沟通能力、团队协作能力、解决问题能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。教学后,两组基础知识、儿科专业知识、临床操作技能、文件书写考试成绩均高于教学前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组知识拓展、独立思考、主动学习、气氛活跃、课堂参与、记忆知识、贴合临床教学满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论儿科实习医生教学中的应用PBL联合LBL教学能够提高教学效果及考试成绩,教学方法满意度较高。Objective To observe the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with language-based learning(LBL)in the teaching of pediatric interns.Methods From August 2022 to March 2024,80 doctors who practiced in pediatrics of Xishui Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.Forty doctors who practiced from August 2022 to May 2023 were used as the control group,and 40 doctors who practiced from June 2023 to March 2024 were used as the observation group.The control group implemented LBL teaching,and the observation group implemented PBL teaching on the basis of LBL teaching.The teaching effect scores,test scores,and teaching method satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of learning initiative,communication ability,teamwork ability and problem-solving ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of basic knowledge,pediatric professional knowledge,clinical operation skills and document writing test in the two groups were higher than those before teaching,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The knowledge expansion,independent thinking,active learning,atmosphere stimulate,classroom participation,memory knowledge,and clinical fit teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with LBL in the teaching of pediatric interns can improve the teaching effect and examination results,and the satisfaction of teaching methods is high.
