摘 要:为优化白酒灌装生产线工位配置,使生产线各工序效率达到平衡,提升生产线产能和人均效率,本研究采用全局搜索法对灌装线进行生产平衡研究。通过对灌装线工序、工位和效率进行量化分析和平衡点计算,共得到27个平衡点及其对应的人数、产能和人均效率,其中产能最大时人数为103人/线,产能为11550箱/d;人均生产效率最大时人数为73人/线,产能为8400箱/d。经实际生产应用,能实现优化工位配置、提高人均效率的目的,对提升白酒灌装生产线生产管理水平具有较大意义。In order to optimize the station configuration of the Baijiu filling line,to balance the efficiency of each process of the production line,and to improve the production line capacity and per capita efficiency,we conducted the production balance research on the filling line by using the global search method.Through quantitative analysis and balance point calculation of the filling line processes,workstations and efficiency,a total of 27 balance points and their corresponding personnel,production capacity,and per capita effi-ciency were obtained.The maximum production capacity was 103 people per line,with a production capacity of 11550 boxes per day.The maximum per capita production efficiency was 73 people per line,with a production capacity of 8400 boxes per day.Through actual production application,it could realize the purpose of optimizing staff allocation and im-proving per capita efficiency,which is of great significance for the improvement of the production management level of the Baijiu filling line.
