高校少数民族预科生“六维一体”思想政治教育路径探析

摘  要:高校“六维一体”思想政治教育系统由学生、课程、课堂、学校、家庭和社会六个要素构成,通过有序协调这些要素,能够形成整体优化的教育效果。高校思想政治教育系统要通过协同创新模式,将思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人。对高校少数民族预科生来说,更需注重思想政治教育的系统性和协同性,确保各要素间的有机衔接,以共同推进学生的成长。通过“六维一体”的教育创新路径,结合顶层设计、教师队伍建设、课程内容优化、发挥课堂主渠道作用、充分利用“学长关怀计划”和激发学生内在动力等多方面措施,可以有效提升思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。The‘Six-Dimensional Integrated’system of ideological and political education in higher education institutions consists of six elements:students,curriculum,classroom,school,family,and society.By systematically coordinating these elements,an optimized overall educational outcome can be achieved.The ideological and political education system in universities and colleges should adopt a collaborative innovation model,integrating ideological and political work throughout the entire educational process to achieve comprehensive and holistic student development.For the minority preparatory students in higher education,it is particularly important to emphasize the systematic and coordinated nature of ideological and political education,ensuring organic connections between all elements to jointly promote the students’growth.Through the innovative educational pathway of‘Six-Dimensional Integration’,the specificity and effectiveness of the education can be significantly enhanced by coupling with such measures as top-level design,development of the teaching staff,curriculum content optimization,maximizing the role of the classroom as the primary channel,fully utilizing the‘Senior Care Program’and stimulating the students’intrinsic motivation.
