摘 要:目的探讨情景模拟沉浸体验式教学法应用于高校医学生心肺复苏(CPR)教育与重复更新训练的教学效果。方法选取某医学院校2018级216名医学专业本科学生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为传统教学组与沉浸体验组,每组108名。传统教学组通过集中授课+模型人操作训练形式实施教学,沉浸体验组在传统教学组基础上实施基于情景模拟沉浸式体验教学。比较两组CPR理论及操作考核合格率、操作考核指标的正确率、自主学习能力、教学满意度。结果沉浸体验组CPR理论及操作考核合格率均高于传统教学组,CRP操作考核指标(按压定位、按压深度、按压频率、开放气道、通气频率、通气量)正确率及教学满意度(课程设计、CPR理论授课、CPR操作训练、实际案例中独立决策、情境设置、互助合作学习、操作技巧指导、针对性训练提高、案例情境考核法、自助式监控考核)均高于传统教学组,自主学习能力评分高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟沉浸体验式教学法能深化医学生CPR教育复训的效果,提高CPR操作质量和整体急救技能水平,建立临床独立行为能力,增强就业竞争力。Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation immersive experiential teaching method on cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)education and repeated renewal training for medical students in universities.Methods A total of 216 medical undergraduates in 2018 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the traditional teaching group and the immersion experience group according to the random number table method,108 peoples in each group.The traditional teaching group implemented the teaching through the form of centralized teaching+model person operation training,and the immersion experience group implemented the immersive experience teaching based on the traditional teaching group.The pass rate of CPR theory and operation test,the correct rate of operation test index,self-learning ability and teaching satis-faction were compared between the two groups.Results The pass rate of CPR theory and operation assessment in the immersive experience group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,the accuracy of CRP operation assessment indicators(compression positioning,compression depth,compression frequency,open airway,ventilation frequency,ventilation volume)and teaching satisfaction(course design,CPR theory teaching,CPR operation training,independent decision-making in practical cases,scenario setting,mutual assistance and cooperative learning,guidance on operational skills,targeted training improvement,case scenario assessment method,self-service monitoring assessment)were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,the self-directed learning ability score was higher than that in the traditional teaching group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation immersive experience teaching method can deepen the effect of CPR education and retraining,improve the quality of CPR operation and the overall level of first aid skills,establish clinical independent behavior ability,and enhance employment competitiveness.
