高职与本科监狱学衔接贯通 探索人才联合培养机制研究

摘　　要：近年来,监狱、未成年犯管教所等机构对管理专业人才的需求日益增长,但是目前各省监狱系统、未成年犯管教所等机构的人员招录条件中大部分岗位的“学历要求”都明确表明“大学本科”,如此一来,实现高职与本科监狱学教育的衔接贯通、探索人才联合培养机制愈发重要。当前,专科层次刑事执行专业学生在就业市场中面临学历门槛,而开设本科监狱学的学校则相对较少,且难以实现直接对接专科层次的学生。因此,聚焦于解决当前监狱学领域专科层次学生学历提升受限、人才流失等问题,探索高职与本科监狱学衔接贯通的人才联合培养机制,构建专本有效衔接的人才培养模式和课程体系,实现学历层次、课程内容、师资队伍及实习实训的全面衔接,对于培养具有更专业监狱业务能力的人民警察,提升监狱系统整体人才素质具有重要意义。In recent years,institutions such as prisons and juvenile correctional facilities have experienced a growing demand for management professionals.However,the hiring requirements for most positions in provincial prison systems and juvenile correctional facilities explicitly state that applicants must hold a bachelor's degree.As such,exploring the integration between vocational and undergraduate prison studies programs and establishing joint talent training mechanisms has become increasingly important.Currently,vocational-level criminal execution students face educational barriers in the job market,while there are relatively few institutions that offer undergraduate programs in prison studies,making it difficult for vocational students to transition directly.Therefore,focusing on addressing issues such as limited opportunities for educational advancement and talent loss among vocational students in the prison studies field,exploring pathways for integrating vocational and undergraduate prison studies programs for joint talent training,developing an effective training model and curriculum to bridge the gap between vocational and undergraduate levels,and ensuring full alignment in educational levels,curriculum,faculty,and practical training are crucial.These efforts will help cultivate police officers with specialized expertise in prison operations and enhance the overall quality of talent in the prison system.
