农业类高职院校人才培养高地建设研究——以“双高计划”建设为例

摘　　要：对比全国197所国家级“双高计划”院校中农业类“双高计划”院校(14所)与非农业类“双高计划”院校在人才培养高地建设上的差异,剖析农业类“双高计划”院校在人才培养建设、科技创新建设、师资队伍建设、教学资源建设、国际化建设等方面所依托的优势和所取得的成效,针对农业类高职院校所在各类技能大赛、农业类职业院校培养模式创新等方面存在的不足,提出了未来在优化农业类高职院校人才培养目标、人才培养定位、更好地履行农业类高职院校人才培养使命等方面的发展建议。By comparing the differences in the construction tasks of talents training highland between the agricultural"Double High Plan"colleges(14)and non-agricultural"Double High Plan"schools among the 197 national"Double High Plan"schools,this paper analyzes the achievements and advantages of agricultural"Double High Plan"schools in the construction of talent training,scientific and technological innovation,teaching team construction,teaching resources construction,internationalization construction and other aspects,and points out the shortcomings in various skills competitions and agricultural vocational colleges'training mode innovation.It also puts forward the construction of optimizing the goal,positioning and fulfilling the mission of talents training in agricultural vocational colleges.
