摘 要:近年来教师情绪劳动受到外语教师教育与专业发展领域的持续关注。但是针对中小学英语实习教师的情绪劳动策略的实证研究还比较少。采用混合研究方法,通过问卷和访谈调查西部某师范院校的英语实习教师在中小学开展教育实习过程中的情绪劳动策略使用情况。研究结果显示:(1)中小学英语实习教师情绪劳动使用策略总体水平较高,其中对深层行为的使用频率最高,其次是表层行为和自然行为,而对蓄意不同步行为策略的使用频率最低;(2)初中英语实习教师的情绪劳动策略总体水平较高,且在伪装策略的使用方面与小学和高中英语实习教师存在显著性差异;(3)在城区和乡镇实习的英语教师在情绪劳动策略使用方面不存在差异性。基于此,文末就促进职前英语教师情感能力发展提出建议。Over recent years,constant attention has been paid to teachers'emotional labor in the fields of for⁃eign language teachers'education and their professional development.However,there are comparatively scant empirical studies on student EFL(English as a Foreign Language)teachers'emotional labor strategies during their teaching practicum in primary and secondary schools.This study adopts the mixed research to investigate through questionnaires and interviews the general profile of emotional labor strategies of student EFL teachers from a teach⁃ers'college in west China during their teaching practicum in primary and secondary schools.The findings come as follows:First,student EFL teachers have a high overall level of using emotional labor strategies,with the most fre⁃quency of using deep acting,next of using surface acting and expression of naturally felt emotions,and the least frequency of using deliberate dissonance acting strategies;Second,student EFL teachers in junior high schools,with the highest level of using emotional labor strategies,have a striking difference in using pretending strategies,com⁃pared to those in senior high and primary schools;Third,there is no significant difference in using emotional labor strategies between student EFL teachers doing their teaching practicum in urban areas and those in rural ones.Based on these findings,this study tries to make a recommendation for promoting pre-service EFL teachers'emo⁃tional competence.
